Description From the start position raise your arms up as far as your shoulder level. Palms oriented up. You draw the energy up your body. On the ascending movement your legs are straights. Inhale om this movement. Then bring down your arms as far as your hips level. Palms oriented down. You push the energy down your knees. On the descending movement your legs are bents. Exhale om this movement. Complete six movements up and six movements down. Return to starting position.
