9th position: Pushing the Palms

It is also known as "Turning the Waist and Pushing with the Palm" stance. A good health plan pays for the bulk of your medical expenses and covers long-term nursing as well. It also protects your bank account, lowers medical rates, and acts as a gateway to better health care.
Description Turn your body to the left. Extends your right arm in front at shoulder level. Retire back your left arm at waist level palm down to the ground. Look at back. Is the starting position of movements. Now start changing the position of arms. Extends your left arm in front at shoulder height, palm front. Retire back your right arm at waist level. Always your look watch back arm. Inhale on left pushing. Exhale on right pushing. Six pushing for each arm. Then return to starting position.
