7th position: Lifting the Ball

Also known as "Carry Ball in Front of the Shoulders." Alternative treatments can be helpful for health problems.
Description Twist your body to the right and lift your left arm with palm oriented up, like you lift a large beach ball. Supports your body on the right leg. The left leg is extended at 45 degrees and is raised on toes. Your look is drawn to the imaginary ball. From this position, change the rotation arm. Twist your body to the left and lift your right arm. Supports your body on the left leg. The right leg is extended at 45 degrees and is raised on toes. Inhale on the movement to the right. Exhale on the movement to the left. Six lifting to the right and six lifting to the left. Then return to starting position.
