3rd position: Rainbow Dance

Description Prepare the starting position. Raise the left arm laterally with palm facing up (Lao Gong point from the left palm oriented to the sky). Twist your head to the left. Follow the left palm with your eyes.Raise the right arm overhead, palm facing down (Lao Gong point right palm oriented to the top of the head).Your right leg, which you support, is slightly bent. The left leg is stretched. Your feet remain on the surface of training. Now start the movement like a dance, on both sides. Change the position of arms between them. Left arm above the head and the right arm stretched sideways. The movement is accompanied by a head 180 degrees twist horizontally (always your eyes watch to the stretched arm). Simultaneously with this move, change your foot support on the right to the left. The left leg is slightly bent. The right leg is stretched.Inhale during two movements. Exhale on next two movements. The energy path is opened by Lao Gong points facing up and closes the Lao Gong point downward. Repeat this cycle 6 times and then return to starting position.Try to visualize those movements.
