based on a fable by American songwriter and musician Harry Nilsson about a boy named Oblio who is sent with his dog Arrow to The Pointless Forest where they meet curious creatures like a man made of rock who helps Oblio see that everyone has a point though it might not be readily displayed. Wonderful music, great storyline and unforgettable moral lesson.

Tetsuya Nomura and Takeshi Nozue, the creators of the film, had no prior knowledge of how to make a movie, and it was based on their knowledge of in-game movies.
